My friend called me Friday that she had her baby Thursday night. I was so happy and excited to hear that she finally delivered her baby girl. I told her I would not be able to visit her due I have to go my bowling league. She told me its okay because she is checking out Saturday and I could visit her on Sunday at her house, so it was a deal. I posted the information of her baby to the Friendster to let whomever knows her that she had her awaiting baby arrived. I told hubby about it too. When I came home, my hubby so excited could not wait until Sunday because he has something to do that day could not make to see the baby. My friend was so excited too, she live in Bailey wanted to see the baby at the hospital she drove in hurry to come my house to go with us. I called my bowling team if she could bowl it for me that I will be running late cause were going to see the baby at the hospital. We really got to hospital visit the baby and the mother. Baby Yana was so precious like her mother, who I admire her to call her Anak, and she calls me Mommy, while her real Mom is in the Philippines. We did not stay very long at the hospital, took some pictures, and went to bowling alley. I was not very late to the bowling alley, they skip two bowls that they know I was coming, and I cached it up. I was doing well at first, lot of energy that I did strike two times and spare, afterwards, I bowl terrible. I am not that good; it is my first time to be in the team to bowl. However, I am still need a lot to learn.

It was my birthday yesterday. Hubby had a surprised for me, while reading my email, hubby sent an email for me that he is picking me up for lunch from work and has had reserved a room at Ameristar Blackhawk Casino. Half hour later hubby sent a text on his cell phone that he will be picking me up at 11:30am. I was not expected because I do not want to take an hour lunch so I do not have to stay an hour late at work, but he said to me It’s my birthday be there at 11:30 so I agreed. He came to my office and brought me a bouquet, and taken me lunch to the Vietnamese restaurant had a fiesta bowl noodle, which a very famous Vietnamese noodles, it was a delicious! I am so glad that hubby took me lunch for a noodle, in our Chinese tradition a birthday celebrant, good to have a noodles stand for long life. Came back to office after lunch and stood until my 8 hours. My friend called me wanted to check that she’s going with me to the bowling alley so she could play poker while I go bowl, but it changed, because it was unexpected hubby surprised for me that were spending a night at the casino and find someone who could  bowl for me, I try if my girlfriend could bowl it for me but she want to be around where I go which I do not blame her because she do not know people up there, so we agreed and decide to go with us at the casino. I do not know who could fill in for me because it was a short notice to let my team know what hubby had done surprising for my day. I asked my girlfriend if my son could bowl it for me instead having a blind bowl, she said yeah, and I checked with Shawn if he could bowl for me, luckily he had no practice on his football.  I checked with Yvonne (which we do a car polling) if she could pick my kids, Yvonne also in the bowling league with a different team, everything works out good, they had fun in the bowling. My girlfriend was at the Casino already because the plan that she would come home early night. We didn’t get there until 8:30 at the Isle Capri, my girlfriend, hubby and I had dinner and played a slot machine. It was funny because we did not check in our room until 1 pm, but the room was reserved that is why we did not concern. After we played at the Isle Capri my friend wanted to go at the Lodge so we dropped her off and will meet her back where she at. We went to Ameristar to check in, while paper works processing my baby Jeff came by at the front desk, my baby worked at the lobby desk, Jeff shown us the pool was on the 34^th floor because it closed at 11pm by the time we check in. Wow! The hotel is Fantastic, we were at the 30^th floor, nice room and view, were in heaven. Their spa and fitness is in 9^th floor. They had up to 34^th floor. We drop our bag onto our room and went to see my girlfriend at the Lodge and play slot machine again no luck, and then finally we went to our destination in Ameristar to played slot machine again until our eyes blinking really fall to sleep. My girlfriend want to drive back home but I did not let her because we stood very late. We went to bed at 5 am. My girlfriend was not expected of spending night or be up until in the morning so I told her she need to rest at least a short time before she hit back home. On our way home it was drizzle and very cold, we stop by and took pictures, very beautiful the mountain to see the trees covered by the snow.

A man writing at the post office desk was approached by an older fellow with a post card in his hand. The old man said, "Sir, I'm sorry to bother you but could you address this post card for me? My arthritis is acting up and I can't even hold a pen."

"Certainly, sir," said the younger man. He wrote out the address and also agreed to write a short message and sign the card for the man. Finally, the younger man asked, "Now, is there anything else I can do for you?"

The old fellow glanced at the card a moment and said, "Yes, at the end could you just add, 'PS: Please excuse the sloppy hand-writing?'"

 I been busy lately to myself and my kids sports activities, did not update my blog for almost two weeks. I drop by wanna  say Hello to My Fellow Freinds.

It is my first time to join the bowling league. My friend been asking me two years ago but I did not commit to be on the team. My friend  been bowl for a long time but  this time she could not bowl  because she hurt her back or shoulder, but she still be there she asked ; she asked me again if I want to take over to be in  her team since she could not play this year. I was not sure yet because I have to deal and have to commit the distance I am going to and thought the bowl league in Thornton but she said  it more closer  where I am than she came at Thornton to bowl every Friday , and most are the Filipino and the American spouse. My friend said she needs three more people on the other team, but I do want to join in her team, so she said I could take over her position since she could not bowl. After we talked, I shared this with my co- worker she like it and want to join if I join also, we both agreed that we want to join the team and we could take turns on our car poll that we both live 5 minutes away. I could not wait and see the excitement to be in the team. I played bowling before but it was not a league. Tomorrow is the first day to join in the team for our bowling league. I must see and rent shoe before I buy my own. Will tell you more after tomorrow to see how our first day in the TEAM...

During a test I was administering, I noticed that one of my married students, who was quite pregnant, kept rubbing her side. Before she left, I asked her, "Are you okay? I noticed you were holding onto your side."

"Oh, I'm fine," she answered. "It's just that my baby was pushing his foot up and down my ribs, and it hurt a little."

"Well, that's good," I said, feeling genuinely relieved.

"Yeah," she continued. "It's strange. He normally sleeps during your class..."

Good Morning my fellow friends and blogger mates. I got this message from one of my friend. He is American person. Funny it happened that I have Chinese blood born in the Philippine migrate in the U.S. I have some Buddha at home too, but I do not know how to pray as I hear or see from my family or relatives there always have Buddha at the house. My friend Cristina invited me and few of my friends come to join of the semi party at her house. She was going to held last following Sunday but she could not take off from work to have a semi party for her son birthday, she called semi party because she did not really invite many friends, most was mine because she wanted to meet more Bisaya Girls…. It turns out was a BLAST… I was also late to get there because I was waiting for my friend so we can car poll to go Aurora. My two friends with her kids that I invited was there before I get there, then followed most friends came; we ate and of course always fun time pictures taken, it was fun to have this get together with friends, like it said Acquaintances, but actually I do not called acquaintance because most this friend I had always there.

Anyway, I saw Azela was laying down while Rudy massaging her so I told him I will be the next, after done massaging Azela, there where two friends just a minor massaging was little bit hurting got quick done. I really need a serious massage, It did…Oh my, I was hurting scream, Ahhhhh. I need the massage but my whole body more hurt after the massage. At least it pops my aching, it been a long time no massaging like this, I stayed home all day yesterday and took a hot shower try to cure my aching, hope it will get over I still feel pain my neck and back by pressing too hard that I was not used to it.

What I am going to do I run out of work, I was done easily doing the sales tax yesterday, now looking something to do either I go home ? Well still early hoping I will get some invoices to post from the mail, seems slow down little bit. I will wait and see if all day will be like this, boring, the time slow me down…

Last night my oldest son asked what time I am going to work in the morning if I can take him to the airport. Geez, Hubby, and I forgot it was his week fly to San Diego to play his Pokémon Tournament. I do not like to drive up to the airport unless I really have to so me and hubby work it out and made a plan last night that he will be the one to take my son to the airport. I was still sleep when hubby took and drops my son early morning to airport and came home that hubby need to take Cameron to work with him at the jobsite. I did not ask my son what is the schedule for the Tournament, he would not be back until Tuesday night. I wish he could win the tournament; his been trying, but he still on the list of the Pokémon rank. Good Luck Baby.

My daughter Ashley birthday was last Saturday. Every year we always have a party for her, the biggest birthday she had was last year that we had a Luau party, now she is teen ager she do not want to have a party , she request to have a camping or will have a neighborhood garage sale. I told her we cannot camping because I just took 2 days off went to Texas. In addition, were going to spend a night back the next day, so she said will I am going to do garage sale. I told her we do not have nice stuff to sell most are junk. She agreed; we told her that we could take her to go shopping for her clothes on her birthday. Hubby was not finish to fix his Chipper on Friday that need to get  it done, so Saturday hubby went to the office yard while Ashley  put her stuff  in the yard her wish granted; My co-worker brought her stuff to sell too and got us a McDonald breakfast with a homemade cake for us. Ashley friends came over; three of them went to garage sale shopping while we are the one watching her stuff to sale. I sold Ashley 19”TV with the DVD for $25.00 and some of her DVD cartoons, my friend sold some stuff too. The kids played Trampoline they had fun jumping up and down, I am so glad they came over to make my teen age happy. They stood until 3pm packed their stuff and leave. Finally, hubby came home about 3:30pm while he taking a shower I took Ashley and Shawn to the church to light candle and came back home. Shawn’s friend came with us to shopping too and ate our early dinner. We went to movie to watch the G.I. Joe.

I just had to get my husband this present for his birthday, a couple of months ago. And this is how I came to find out what he really needed. He was always asking anyone around him for the time. Then someone would pull out their cell phone and tell him. Nobody looked at their watch.

So I decided that he hadn’t had a watch for over a year. The last one, the band broke, and was slowing down. I did some looking around and bought him a good Timex watch. He was so happy and surprised when he got the watch.

He started telling me that back in the good old days this is the watch that every one had. He said he had one of these watches and it lasted forever. He kept on saying that this watch will take a lickin and keep on tickin. Anyway, now he doesn’t have to sing the Chicago song “Does anybody really know what time it is”? He knows cause its on his wrist!

Well it was Sunday we take off with Bob and Cindy to Texas, that’s where they are moving. My hubby and I decided to help them drive one of the vehicles down there and we flew back. My hubby and I drove the Tahoe and trailer behind it. Bob and Cindy drove the big moving van; Cindy’s car is on a trailer being towed behind it. We stop in Lubbock, Texas, and spend the night. Well arrived in Lubbock, we are tired, hungry, and need to get some sleep so we can get going in the morning. What a long drive, it seemed like it just took forever to get here. We went to IHOP and ate there. It’s about 1130pm, and came back went to bed.

We switched vehicles and my hubby drove the big moving van with the car trailer behind it. It was kind of scary to ride in. It bounces all over, and you can only go about 60 mph in it. My hubby says that’s about the top speed to be safe. We got into San Antonio, Texas about 830pm, and we were all tired, hungry, and needed a shower. But first we had to unload the big moving van. What a job that was! My hubby and Bob started unloading and a person across the street one of their neighbors came over, introduced himself and helped for a bit. Then Bob’s sister, and brother-in-law showed up and helped.

We finally got done unloading the van around 10:30pm. We didn’t even shower, we went straight to eat. We went to Chili’s Restaurant and I had a Rib-eye steak so do Cindy. It was soooooo good!  Anyway went to Bob and Cindy’s new house showered and went to bed late again.
